Run regedit (C:\windows\regedit). Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HOTHOUSE\GANGSTERS
From here choose one of the following:
- DEFAULT_MONEY - Set your starting money
- DEFAULT_HOODS - Set how many hoods you start with
- DEFAUTL_TERRITORY - Set how many extrorted businesses you statrt with
You'll only need to do it once, as these settings will remain as your defaults every time you start a new game.
